"Shipping took forever"
I ended up waiting weeks for this to show up, which kind of killed the excitement for me. By the time it arrived, I had almost forgotten I ordered it, which is saying something because I’m usually tracking packages like it’s a full-time job. Anyway, it was fine once it got here, but the long wait made it feel not really worth it.

"I had to return my order..."
I had to return my order from modakawa.com because the size just didn’t work for me. i was a little nervous after emailing them, but they did reply and the refund came through faster than I expected. It wasn’t instant, but it was still quick. Just a heads-up to others: make sure you check the sizing carefully before ordering, because the return process could be explained a bit more clearly. Overall it turned out fine, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Honestly held up better than I expected"
I bought a hoodie and a skirt from Modakawa, and after washing them a few times, I’m relieved and happy with how they held up. The print still looks good with no cracking, and the fabric stayed soft, which made me feel like it was actually worth the money.
The only small thing is that the skirt waistband got just a tiny bit looser after washing, but it’s not something that ruined it for me. Overall, I’d say the quality is really good for the price, just wash everything cold and don’t go wild with the dryer.

"Cute items, but the customs fee caught me off guard"
The stuff I ordered was really cute, but I felt a bit rushed going through the checkout and didn’t realize there would be an extra customs charge. When the package showed up, I had to pay more than expected, which was frustrating.

"Pretty close to what I remembered from the photos"
From what I remember seeing in the listing photos, my order looked really similar when it arrived. The color seemed maybe a little lighter in person, but not enough to bother me. It’s still really cute, and overall I’m happy with it.

"Colors were close, but double-check the lighting"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering from modakawa: I got a hoodie and a skirt, and I was a little nervous the colors would look totally different from the photos.

Luckily, they were close. The pink was a bit softer in person, but still cute, and the black item looked basically the same as shown online.
I’m giving 4 stars because the product lighting can still make it tricky to know the exact shade, so don’t expect a perfect match. Overall though, I was happy with what I got

"Wish I’d bought this hoodie sooner"
I really like this hoodie. The quality feels solid, and the fabric is nice and thick without feeling uncomfortable. i kind of regret not grabbing one earlier.

"sizing worked out for me"
i ordered my usual size and it ended up fitting pretty much like the size chart said. i was a little worried it might run small, but it didn’t. the length and waist both felt right on me, so i didn’t have any sizing issues

I gave it 4 stars because the prices felt reasonable for the cute stuff they have. I’m not totally sure everything is priced as low as it could be, since a few items seemed a little high to me, but overall it didn’t feel too bad compared to similar shops.

"Delivery timing was all over the place"
The delivery was a mess. At first it looked like it was arriving one day, then the updates changed, then there were basically no useful updates at all. I kept thinking it was coming that afternoon, then maybe the next day, and it ended up showing up way later than expected

"Pretty good for the price, I think"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect for the price, and part of me thought the quality might be kind of cheap. But I was actually pleasantly surprised. The clothes looked really cute, and the material felt better than I figured it would. Shipping did take a little while, but it wasn’t anything too annoying. Overall, I feel like it was worth the money, and I’d probably order again.

"Be careful if you decide to order"
The site looks cute, so I figured I’d give it a try, but I didn’t feel very confident after placing my order. The updates were slow, and some of the information wasn’t very clear, which made me nervous. My item did eventually show up, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole process felt a little sketchy. I’d probably avoid ordering again unless the reviews improve. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about trying it

"Really comfy, had to say it quick"
I’m kind of rushing, but I just wanted to say the fabric is super soft and doesn’t feel itchy at all. Really comfy to wear.

"Customer service could’ve been better..."
I did like a few of the items, so it wasn’t all bad! But the customer service was slow and not that helpful. I had to ask the same question twice, and the replies I got were kind of short. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah... definitely frustrating

I had to return a hoodie because the size wasn't quite right. I wasn't totally sure how smooth the return process would be, but it ended up being simple. Support got back to me fairly fast, and I got my refund without any weird hassle. So yeah, overall it was a good experience

Shipping overseas took longer than I expected, but the item showed up safe and sound. I was really impressed with how carefully it was packed, everything was secure, with no dents, scratches, or damage at all. Worth the wait in the end.
